Oakton's partnership with Marquette University allows students to fulfill all general education requirements and transfer credit towards a Marquette bachelor's degree through the Guaranteed Transfer Agreement.

Participation Details
- Completion of an Associate's degree and maintain a GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale as a full-time student on all transferrable coursework taken at Oakton with no grades earned of less than C.
- Degree programs in the College of Business Administration, Opus College of Engineering, and College of Health Sciences have a 3.0 GPA requirement and thus not part of this agreement. Students must adhere to the listed requirements for admission to the undergraduate programs within these colleges.
- Track degree progress by working with advisors at Oakton and Marquette.
- Enrollment in Marquette University degree program required within 3 years of initial enrollment in the Guaranteed Admission Program.
- International students must satisfy Marquette's requirements for English language proficiency
How to Apply
- Submit the intent to participate form prior to, or at the same time as the Marquette Admission Application
- Apply to Marquette University using the Common Application or the Marquette University Admission Application by the application deadline for the desired entry term
- Submit the required materials
